Ther very limited release WMK premium Shiraz is
100% Adelaide Hills from our award winning
vineyard on Razorback Road, Kangarilla. The warm
ripening season in 2017 has provided our WMK
Shiraz with great concentration of colour and flavor.
The wine exhibits vibrant cool climate pepper and
spice, as well as bright blackberry fruit and a slightly
firmer tannin structure. The wine spends 12 months in
oak prior to bottling.
Tasting Notes
Deep, dark red in colour, the nose offers rich ripe wild
berry fruit notes supported by subtle vanilla and
cedar accent. Full bodied, with rich black fruits backed
by supple tannins adding to
