VINEYARD - Estate grown at Reillys St Clare vineyard, Watervale. Rich red loam over deep limestone.
WINEMAKING - 70% Grenache, 30% Shiraz. Cold soaked with prolonged skin contact.
MATURATION - 100% French oak hogsheads, 15 months.
BOUQUET - Dark cherry and plum with a touch of spice.
PALATE - Rich dark fruits with finely integrated French oak. Sweet ripe fruit on the finish with peppery spice. Velvety tannins with great persistence.
