COLOUR
Medium cherry red of good intensity with soft purple on the rim.
NOSE
Delightful aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and toasty cocoa dust.
PALATE
Clean and lively flavours of freshly picked cherry, rose petal and vanilla bean introduce a perfectly balanced medium bodied wine while soft threads of tannin weave towards a clean finish of pastel strawberries.
WINEMAKING
Estate grown organic Tempranillo grapes are hand harvested and fermented in open vats, plunged three times daily throughout fermentation. The 2021 Tempranillo is made in an early drinking style.
FOOD PAIRING
Cured ham - jamon, pickled vegetables, salami, antipasto dishes, tapas and pizza.
